Documents:
Jesse Trentadue FOIA Requests

These are documents concerning the videotapes of the bombing which were sent to Jesse Trentadue by the FBI (in 2005) and are at the center of his (2008) FOIA lawsuit. Notably, many key FBI documents concerning the videotapes were not handed over to Jesse and the FBI continued to fight release in court, where Jesse introduced as Exhibits many of the very documents the FBI tried to hide from him by excluding them from this FOIA release.

The FOIA lawsuit that begun over a decade ago on this matter is still ongoing as of 2025. In 2015, a Special Master was appointed to investigate witness tampering by the FBI. We await a conclusion and a ruling.

More on the video tapes trial is presented in it's own section below (including pertinent Exhibits, Orders, and records.)

A Note About the 2014 FOIA Trial

This is the "Murrah Building video tapes" FOIA lawsuit that Jesse filed after his 2005 FOIA request for the video tapes. Jesse filed suit in 2008 after the FBI failed to produce many responsive documents relating to the video tapes--many of which he obtained through Roger Charles & later introduced as exhibits at trial in 2014. At trial, Jesse elicited testimony from FBI agents and others that showed the FBI withheld many responsive documents. The selected exhibits (provided here) from trial mostly relate to the still-suppressed surveillance video recordings of the bombing.

A Note About the Witness Tampering Investigation

In the Spring following the 2014 FOIA trial, the court appointed a Special Master, Dustin Peade, to investigate allegations of witness tampering. Since that time, we have awaited the Special Master to complete their investigation and the FOIA case to be finalized in front of Judge Waddoups.
